Meet Ray and Julie Young. Ray is the President of AWA. He has been a dedicated commercial pilot over the span of 40 years.

Julie is the Administrative Secretary, with a history in healthcare. She works alongside Ray and as the office manager at head office in the USA. Both of them manage the Northern Ontario Project in Sioux Lookout, Canada.

Everyday they thank the Lord for putting them right where they are supposed to be. With AWA they have been given the opportunity to serve Him; in medical aviation, missionary work, and spreading the gospel. To the Youngs, this is a calling, not a job.
