Project Description

Steven Leger

Steven Leger, student pilot with Aviation World Aviation (AWA) for aviation school courses

Steven Leger

Steven Leger is a student pilot with AWA. From the time he was a child, his dream has always been to be a pilot. Through his personal journey with the Lord as a bible worker for Amazing Facts, and a colporteurer for the Kentucky/Tennessee Conference, Steven shares that “God has helped me realize that I have a deep desire to serve others both physically and spiritually.”

Steven desires to serve in places that would be overlooked or otherwise rejected. He says, “although I would typically rather spend time alone and away from people, God has been working patiently with me to accomplish my goal of serving others with an open heart.”

Steven will continue his training to become a pilot and then hopefully he will move toward serving in the mission field.

Partner with AWA

Today, you have an opportunity to join a circle of people striving to reach the far corners of our world with the Gospel message.  Daily, AWA missionaries follow the 2000 year old model that Christ left when He was here on earth: Love those around them, and provide care for those that are hurting. Each AWA missionary does an invaluable work to further the gospel, however, none of them can do this work alone. It takes a team of people to unity together and boldly commit to this cause. There is an opportunity for you to join this work and be an influential part of bringing joy, and healing to this world. Consider being a part of this force that brings change around the world. By financially partnering with our missionaries you too can stand with us to positively shift our world till Jesus comes again!

Nicaragua Mission Project

Mountain ranges and endless impermeable jungle separate the Miskito people from the advancements civilization provides. Transportation and communication infrastructure was never fully developed in this area. The region has very limited medical care and many suffer and often lose their lives because they [...]
