There are times when eternity seems to be so close. For our family, recently has been one of those times. We made an emergency trip to TN to see my grandfather, whose health has deteriorated over the last few months rather rapidly. He’s 88 and has lived a long, hard-working life. As I write this newsletter, I’m sitting next to his bed, thinking about the past, the present, and the future. When I say future, I mean near future as well as into eternity.
