The semester began with new students from within and outside Uganda. Several factors contribute to this because almost all neighboring countries have internal political conflicts and internal armed groups staging rebel struggles against their governments and among themselves. Therefore, there is a safe haven for youths at Bugema University International Sabbath School named Seattle.
