Overwhelming. We face massive obstacles with the conversion of our AWA land and airstrip in Palawan. There are a multitude of systemic issues brought about by the many layers of governmental rules and processes (aka red tape) as well as years of turnovers which meant the momentum and in some cases the knowledge to convert AWA land is missing.
