Wow, what an inferno life is right now with the physical and spiritual environment of the world! That’s not to say that it’s just a spiritual fire many are experiencing right now, but many have been battling the effects of real physical fires too. Thinking of our old home in Oregon and how the state has experienced so much fire, we lift all those in prayer who have been affected. Lives have been changed, sadly some have been lost. Through the devastation lives have been touched with God’s love as the fires brought opportunities for God to work. When fires destroyed dwellings the Oregon Gladstone Conference opened up the campgrounds (used for camp meeting) to those displaced from the fires. They gave hope to the community and even served the people with food, comfort, and the love of Jesus. Disaster and hard times can bring about amazing opportunities…
