Grisela is a bright-eyed young girl about nine-years old. She is of the Warao tribe from Venezuela who crossed the river and migrated to Guyana. Monique and I met her during our visit to the Warao Camp in Khan’s Hill. Immediately, she stood out. She followed Monique everywhere she went. She learned the songs taught and sang them with gusto.
