The Great Need We are at home in Kentucky as I write this report. We’re fresh from our three month pre-deployment trip.
When I first heard our family would be in Nicaragua for three months, I was somewhat surprised. I thought it was kind of long for a survey trip. But as I spent the time there, I realized more and more that it was perfect! It really gave us a chance to get a feel for the needs of the people and especially to get accustomed to the area where we will be located.
